Tashkent – Moscow flight lands in Bukhara because of dust storm

The plane that departed Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to fly to Moscow, Russia, made an emergency landing in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, because of a strong dust storm, and it is delayed for 4.5 hours, according to the Uzbekistan Airways’ website.

“Flight No. NU-55, which was flying en route Tashkent – Urgench, Uzbekistan – Moscow, made a landing at the reserve airfield in Bukhara because of the weather conditions at the Urgench airport,” the message reads.

At present, the plane has resumed its flight along the route. The flight delay time amounted four hours and 30 minutes.
