Azerbaijan stares at Italian aircraft at Le Bourget

Azerbaijan had expressed its interest in
acquiring the Italian transport aircraft, C-27J Spartan, and a training
aircraft, M-346 Master.

During the talks, both of these aircraft have been highly appreciated by
the Azerbaijani delegation. In turn, the company reported that there are no
obstacles to deliver these planes to Azerbaijan.

According to representatives of the Italian Air Force, Azerbaijani Air
Force aircraft equipment, that is developed to “Western standards”, will
greatly enhance their potential.

Civic hub and airport’s activities should compensate rental payment from Transit Transportation Center

At their closed meeting, the Kyrgyz Government and  Parliament members conducted discussions on
June 19, 2013, and considered an opportunity for the U.S.A.to participate in forming an international hub at Manas International Airport. The Vecherniy
Bishkek newspaper has learned about these talks at the closed meeting from its
own sources.

We remind herein the authorities have already voiced the position that building
a logistics center is opened for all interested foreign investors.

Thus, with a loss of US $60 million for the lease of Manas Transit
Transportation Center, as a result of the agreement’s denunciation, about a
third part of revenues can be made up by means of establishing the international
hub at Manas International Airport. As regards the remaining amount, the Government
expects to recover it by improving and drafting contracts for service provision
at the airport.

New direct flights launched from Bishkek to six cities in the world

In May and June 2013, Kyrgyz airlines have launched six new direct
flights from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan,
to cities in Russia, China, Indiaand Ukraine.
At present, Kyrgyz people may directly get from the capital to the 31st cities in
the world including four cities in the south of Kyrgyzstan.

For the first time, the Bishkek – Delhiflight was launched. Planes fly to the capital of India on Tuesdays and Fridays.
After the winter break, one resumed flights to the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. Planes will fly there
more often, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. From now on, one may
fly to Guangzhou, China, on Thursdays.

The flight map also includes three new cities in Russia. Direct
flights were launched to Kaliningrad and Omsk on Thursdays, as well as to Chelyabinsk on Sundays.

During the summer season, due to the traditional increase in the number
of passengers, one launched additional flights to Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg,Istanbul and Dzhalal-Abad.

Kyrgyz Parliament supports Manas agreement denunciation

On June 20, 2013, the Kyrgyz Parliament supported the denunciation of
the agreement between the governments of Kyrgyzstanand the United States on theTransit Centerat Manas International Airport near Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan,
in three readings, AKI press reported.

Under the bill, the transit center ceases its activities in Kyrgyzstan on
July 11, 2014.

It is also noted that six months before the expiration of the agreement,
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should send a note on non-extension of the
contract to the United

96 parliamentarians took part in the vote; 91 of them voted ‘pro, and
five – ‘contra’.

The Transit Centre, formerly called a military base, was opened at Manas International Airport in late 2001. The
centre is a major logistics hub for transportation of goods and the
antiterrorist coalition forces to Afghanistan. An agreement on the
placement of a U.S. air base
in Kyrgyzstanis valid until 2014. Atambayev has repeatedly said that the country will not
extend the stay of foreign troops at its civil airport under any circumstances.

The law will come into force upon signature by the President.

Volume of orders in Le Bourget exceeded US $ 100 billion for the third day

The volume of orders at the Paris Le Bourget Air Show has exceeded US $
100 billion during the third day,  Reuters reported.

Ryanair, Ireland, demonstrated the biggest order, as
it has entered into an agreement to buy 175 Boeing 737-800s for US $15.6
billion. At this point, The Michael O ‘Leary, the Airline’s CEO,  said the order’s amount may rise to US $20

Airbus, the main competitor to Boeing, was also able to sign a number of
contracts. Air France-KLM has agreed to buy 25 aircraft costing some US $ 7.2
billion. Airbus has also sold six A330-300s to Sri Lankan Airlines and
concluded an agreement of intent with the air carrier to purchase four A-350s. The
amount of this transaction should come to US $ 2.6 billion.

According to Agence France-Presse, the two main rivals, Airbus and
Boeing, are close to each other now in terms of orders. Thus, Airbus was able
to negotiate the sale of aircraft amounting to US $44.6 billion, whereas Boeing
– US $44.8 billion.

The Paris International Air Show at Le Bourget is the largest in the
world, was opened on June 17, 2013. This year’s event takes place for 50thtime.

Ural Airlines to launch flight from Chelyabinsk to Namangan

Russia’s Ural Airlines will launch a new
flight from Chelyabinsk, Russia, to Namangan,
from July 27, 2013.

The Airline will operate its flights once a week, on Wednesdays. The
airline said that it would use modern and comfortable airplanes, Airbus 320 equipped
with business class, to operate these flights.

Departure from Chelyabinsk is at 9:50 and
arrive in Namanganat 11:40. The return flight from Namangan will
depart at 13:10 and arrive in Chelyabinskat 17:10. Time is local for each airport.

The minimal air ticket’s price from Chelyabinskto Namangan is EUR
220, whereas the return tickets costs EUR 230 (without taxes and duties). The ChelyabinskNamanganflight will be operated till the end of October 2013.

Namangan is the second largest city of Uzbekistan after Tashkentand it is an administrative center of Namanganregion.

We note herein that Ural Airlines has been flying to Namanganfrom Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Nizhniy Novgorod
and Krasnoyarsksince 2005.

Georgian representative offices of LOT and Alitalia airlines declare on growing passenger traffic

The Georgian representative office of the LOT Airlines, Poland, declares
on 20% increase in clientele. George Liparteliani, a Spokesperson for the Airline,
said the Air Company has increased the number of flights, as compared to the last
year. The Airline operates its flights every day to Warsaw and to other countries through the
Polish capital.

Mr. Liparteliani states the air tickets’ prices to the Warsaw destination starts from EUR 275 up to EUR
350 including transit countries.

According to his information, on June 27 and July 1, 2013, the Airline
will offer its passengers to fly to Warsawby a new aircraft, Boeing-785.

The representative office of the Alitalia Airlines, Italy, in Georgia also declares on 50%-increase
in passenger air traffic. According to the representative office, the Airline
has doubled the number of its flights to Rome,
as they have already been operated  four times
a week. An air ticket’s cost for a flight from Tbilisi,Georgia, to Rome, Italy,
starts from EUR 392 and it grows jointly with new services provided.
