Ramenskoye Airport offers cooperation to Tajik Air, Belavia

The fourth Moscow’s air hub, the Ramenskoye Airport,
has sent proposals for cooperation to foreign companies, namely to Tajik Air (Tajikistan), Belavia (Belarus)
and SCAT Airlines (Kazakhstan),
as well as Yamal and Komiaviatrans,
Russia
. Until
now, the permanent partners of the airport are unknown, and its official
opening was postponed from March 15th for an indefinite period.

The new airport in Ramenskoye is looking for airlines, which could use
it’s capacities. Gazeta.Ru found out from the source close to negotiations, that
the cooperation proposal was sent to SCAT Airlines, one of the largest air
carriers in Kazakhstan,
as well as to Yamal and Komiaviatrans.

Kazaviaspas comments sales of helicopters and airplanes costing KZT 1 billion

A Kazaviaspas JSC, Kazakhstan,
commented on the sale of aircraft, helicopters and engines on the total amount
of KZT 1,256 billion, according to Tengrinews.kz. According to Malik Dosymbekov,
CEO of this company, old engineering has been exposed for sale through the Gosreestr.kz
portal, as it demanded too much funds for restoration.

According to him, there is no any new aircraft for sale among 17 lots. “We
sell old aircraft of the Soviet type and the helicopters, which were written
off a long ago. They did not fly, and we are exposing them on the web portal
for sale to be sold to have some scrap metal, others will be used for other
purposes. IL-76TD was produced more than 20 years ago and An-12BK – more than
50 years ago. These are the aircraft, which we already do not use for flights. Some
foreign countries, for example, do not take these aircraft, as their engines are
too noisy. Replacement of one engine will cost the same as a whole aircraft. In
general, buyers are mainly interested in buying engines of these  selling aircraft and the rest will go to the
scrap, as these air vessels will no longer be flying”, Mr. Dosymbekov said.

He explained that Kazaviaspas JSC invited independent auditors to set
prices and evaluate the aircraft. “For these money, it is impossible to buy a new
plane or helicopter. Russian new helicopter costs about US $ 9 million, Eurocopter
– about EUR 11 million but our prices are something around US $ 500,000. We are
optimizing now. The decision was made on January 1st. Employees were
assigned to take care of these appliances who have already retired”, he said. Mr.
Dosymbekov explained that if no one is interested in this equipment, a Dutch
auction method (by mena sof reducing prices) will be applied for sales.
