The world’s best airports, airlines named

AirHelp service published its new ratings of the world’s best airlines and airports. Qatar Airlines and Hamad Airport in Doha were named absolute world leaders, as regards air transportation service. The company’s ratings are based on three main indicators, namely punctuality, quality of service and passenger satisfaction.

The world’s Top-10 airports included Hamad, Athens International Airport, Japanese Haneda, German Cologne/Bonn, Singapore Changi, Japanese Tube, Brazilian Virakopus, Jordanian Queen Alia Airport, Brazilian Guararapis/Recife named Gilberto Freire and Ecuador Mariscal Sucre.

The world’s ten worst airports included the ones located in England, France and Kuwait.

The best airlines are as follows: Qatar Airways, Lufthansa, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, Austrian Airlines, Aegean Airlines, Qantas, Air Malta and Virgin Atlantic.

AirHelp is an Internet service that helps passengers to seek compensation in the event of delays or cancellations of flights. Since 2013, the company has helped five million injured passengers and they were paid over EUR 300 million.
