Kyrgyz Ambassador to Kuwait discusses possibility to launch Kuwait – Kyrgyzstan air service with CEO of Kuwait’s Civil Aviation Administration

In order to promote the issue of cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with Kuwait, as regards air services, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Kuwait S. Adamkulova met with Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Hamoud Al-Sabah, Chairperson, Main Civil Aviation Department, Kuwait, according to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, the parties satisfied the dynamics to develop Kyrgyz-Kuwaiti bilateral relations, agreed on the need to continue the relationship in this positive direction and build mutually beneficial cooperation aimed to implement the Air Communication Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the State of Kuwait.

Also, Mrs. Adamkulova and Sheikh S. Al-Sabah discussed the possibility of establishing Kyrgyzstan – Kuwait air services, which would lead to an increase in the number of tourists from Kuwait and the Arab Gulf countries, increasing trade between countries and establishing contacts between public and private sectors. At the meeting, Mrs. Adamkulova also talked about the tourism and investment capacities of Kyrgyzstan and invited Sheik Salman Al-Salem Al-Hamoud Al-Sabah to visit the country and get acquainted with the country and its rich history and traditions.

In turn, Sheikh Salman expressed his readiness to assist in promoting issues of bilateral cooperation.
