Airbus delivered 303 new commercial aircraft to its customers in Jan-Jun 2018

As of June 30, 2018, Airbus, the European aircraft building concern, has registered its firm orders for 206 commercial aircraft, according to the company’s materials.

Of these, 156 orders were made for narrow fuselage aircraft and 50 orders for wide-bodied aircraft.

In addition, according to data as of June 30, Airbus has already delivered 303 new commercial aircraft to its customers. Of these, 239 aircraft belong to the narrow fuselage segment and 64 aircraft – to wide-body.

As of June 30, 2018 the Airbus’ order book for commercial aircraft comes to 7,168 liners, which roughly corresponds to nine years of production at the current rate.
