In connection with the organization of a special line for boarding and disembarking passengers from July 21, 2018, the tariffs for staying at the airport parking lots will also change.

“When creating tariffs, international experience was taken into account. The allowed free time of vehicles on a special line of the parking area varies from 0 to 15 minutes. In Europe, the minimum or no free time is applied. In the CIS, more free time is given. For example, the airport in Kiev gives 10 minutes, Moscow’s Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports – 15 minutes and the Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg – 15 minutes”, Astana LRT added.

At Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, the tariffs will be set as follows.

The first 15 minutes of stay on a special airport parking line are free of charge. In case of exceeding the time limit, the car enthusiast will need to pay KZT 1,000 for each subsequent hour of finding a car on a special line.

Staying in the common parking of the airport will cost KZT 100 per hour from the moment of entry and up to 10 hours of stay. If the period of parking is 10 – 24 hours – the KZT 1,000 per hour tariff is applied. Every subsequent day will cost KZT 500. Free time is missing.

It is expected that the innovations will allow to more effectively manage the transport load, optimize the use of parking space and effectively combat illegal carriers.
