Kazakhstan’s SCAT Airlines to replenish its fleet with ultramodern MAX 9

Boeing 737 MAX 9 is a new stage of evolution of narrow-bodied aircraft. Kazakhstan will be the first CIS and Central Asian state to receive this type of aircraft.

The rapid growth of the airline and the annual expansion of its air route network set the tasks for the airline not only to expand the fleet of aircraft, but to replenish it with the latest types of aircraft. In this regard, SCAT Airlines has signed an additional contract for the supply of two Boeing 737 MAX 9s. Immediately, two aircraft will arrive in Kazakhstan directly from the manufacturer in May 2019, and they will be involved in the summer flight schedule.

New aircraft will carry out both domestic and international flights, the aircraft cabin will accommodate 189 passenger seats, including 16 business class seats.

The model has unsurpassed jet fuel efficiency, environmental friendliness and the lowest possible noise level.
