The command staff of Turkmenistan’s civil aviation sector trained at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (MSTU СA)

The Institute for Advanced Studies and Personnel Certification under the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (MSTU CA) conducted training for Turkmenhowayollary Agency (Turkmenistan Airlines) of the Ministry of Industry and Communications, Turkmenistan, according to MSTU CA.

25 experts from the command and management personnel working in the country’s civil aviation sector successfully underwent training under the advanced training programme named “Training State Civil Aviation Inspectors and Inspectors Organizing Work in the Civil Aviation Sector”.

The Turkmenhowayollary Agency is an authorized structure in the civil aviation sector of Turkmenistan. It oversees and monitors flight safety and service culture by operators and service providers.

“In accordance with the Air Code of the Russian Federation, our university is certified by the Federal Air Transport Agency as an Aviation Training Center. This allows organizing training and retraining programs for various categories of aviation personnel. Thus, representatives of the civil aviation sector from such countries, as Mongolia, Cuba, and a number of CIS countries were trained,” said Boris Eliseev, Rector, Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation.

The Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation is the only specialized university in Russia that provides fundamental training for engineers and technical aircraft operation experts working in the civil aviation sector. The knowledge gained by its graduates allows them to easily master any type of aircraft. In addition, the University trains experts in such segments, as air traffic management, logistics of air traffic, economics and finance of civil aviation, as well as IT-technologies and information security of telecommunication systems.
