The best airports by passenger service level identified

AirHelp recognized the Hamad International Airport in Doha as the best one.

The AirHelp website, which specializes in protecting the rights of passengers on flights, conducted a survey of public opinion with the aim of ranking the best airports in the world. Over 40 thousand passengers from 40 countries of the world took part in it. The survey participants were asked to rate the punctuality of departure, the quality of service at the airport, including compensation for passengers for flight delays, as well as the overall impression of cafes and shops at the airport.

According to the survey, the best airport in the world is in Doha, Qatar. The second place in the ranking is occupied by Tokyo International Airport, the third – Athens International Airport.

According to the passengers’ survey, the Top-10 include such airport worldwide, as Afonso Pena Airport in Brazil, Poland (Lech Walesa Airport in Gdansk), Moscow (Sheremetyevo International Airport), Singapore (Changi International Airport), India (Rajiv Gandhi International Airport) and Spain (Los Rodeos Airport).

The level of service of most European airports was highly rated by travelers, but at the same time they often noted flight delays. For example, the Eindhoven Airport in the Netherlands was in 130th place out of 132 due to regular delays.
