FlyArystan summarizes its operating activities for the first month of flights to six destinations of the airline’s air route network.

Summarizing the results for May 2019, the low-cost FlyArystan Airlines, the first one in Kazakhstan, was pleased to announce that it carried over 50 thousand passengers. The number of flights completed last month amounted 309, their timeliness reached 94%, and the aircraft load factor exceeded 93%.

The total number of air tickets sold by the airline to the end of May 2019 amounted to more than 125,000, and over 60% of them plan to make their flight in the next few months, as the airline’s air ticket sale is open until October 26, 2019 inclusive.

The Air Company commented in its press release, “We are pleased that Kazakhstan residents have appreciated the advantages of affordable flights with FlyArystan, which quickly became a popular air company. So, the other day the airline crew carried a passenger aged 94. In May 2019, her first trip was made by a baby, who was only 17 days old on the day of the flight. By the way, children are a special category in the list of air carrier travelers, who now make up 11% of the total number of passengers and most of them made their first flight with FlyArystan”.

We remind you that on May 30, 2019 the air carrier began operating its flights to such new domestic destinations, as Almaty – Pavlodar – Almaty and Almaty – Shymkent – ​​Almaty, which joined the already beloved air routes connecting the southern capital (Almaty) with Nur-Sultan, Taraz, Uralsk and Karaganda. Low-cost FlyArystan is a division of Air Astana, based in Almaty, and it is awarded a four-star airline for service quality, as well as “The Best Airline of Central Asia and India” awards according to Skytrax World Airline Awards.

The FlyArystan fleet consists of four Airbus 320-232 aircraft in a configuration of 180 passenger seats, with an average age of six years of operation.

By 2022, there are plans to increase the airline’s fleet to 15 aircraft, which will be based in different cities of Kazakhstan.
