Russia’s IrAero launches Baku – Rostov-On-Don direct flights

IrAero Airlines, Russia, launches its direct flights en route Baku, Azerbaijan – Rostov-On-Don, Russia (roundtrip air service).

One-way air ticket price is RUR 12,000+. Flights will be operated on Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft on Saturdays starting July 6, 2019.

The journey time is two hours and the schedule is as follows: departure from Baku – at 00:50 pm, arrival in Rostov-On-Don – at 01:50 pm, and the return flight departs from Rostov-On-Don at 03:00 pm and arrives in Baku at 06:20 pm

Yuri Lapin, CEO, IrAero Airlines, said when commenting on launching of this flight, “The flight to Baku is already traditional for us. We see in demand that it is very much in demand, and not only among Russians. Now we are flying to the capital of Azerbaijan from Chelyabinsk and Orenburg, and on June 18, we will launch the Baku –Yekaterinburg flight. We will be happy to see both residents of the Russian regions and guests from Azerbaijan on board our aircraft.”

The airline’s air route network also includes dozens of cities from the CIS and other foreign countries, including Antalya, Baku, Barcelona, ​​Burgos, Vienna, Dalman, Cam Ranch, Karaganda, Manchuria, Petropavlovsk, Rome, Fergana, Phou Quack, Fiumicino, Hangzhou and Harbin. In 2019, for the first time in its history, the airline carried out its first direct transatlantic flight en route Moscow – Havana – Moscow.

The IrAero’s aircraft fleet consists of four types of aircraft, namely Sukhoi Superjet 100 (RRJ-95B, RRJ-95LR), An-24, An-26, An-26-100, Boeing 777-200 ER and Bombardier CRJ-200 ER.
