The number of victims of hard landing A321 in Russia amounted to 75 people

Seventy-five people sought medical help after Ural Airlines’ A321 had belly landing in the suburbs of Moscow, one person was hospitalized in the Ramensky district hospital, such updated data are provided on the website of the Ministry of Emergencies, Moscow Region, Russia, Trend reported citing RIA Novosti.

“As of 07:00 pm Moscow time August 15, 2019, 75 passengers of the plane including 19 children have sought medical help. One person was hospitalized in the Ramenskaya Central District Hospital,” the statement said.

The Ural Airlines plane operated its Moscow – Simferopol flight on Thursday. According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, Russia, there were 226 passengers and seven crew members on board. On takeoff, after taking off from the runway, the plane collided with a flock of gulls, whose entry into the engines led to significant interruptions in engines’ operation.

The liner made a belly landing in a cornfield near Moscow. According to the latest data, 75 people including 19 children turned for medical help.
