Almaty – Semey – Almaty – new destination for Kazakhstan’s low-cost FlyArystan Airlines

FlyArystan is pleased to announce the opening of sales for the new Almaty – Semey – Almaty domestic flight in Kazakhstan. And this will be the second low-cost airline’s flight from/to Semey following the Semey – Nur-Sultan domestic air route.

The sale of air tickets for flights until March 28, 2020 is open on the website. The cost of one-way tickets comes to KZT 5,999+ (USD 1 = KZT 390), which is by 73% lower in comparison with the current prices amongst competitors for this flight connection.

Anar Zhaylauova, Director of Sales and Marketing, FlyArystan, said, “The FlyArystan’s main goal is to provide popular air routes at affordable prices. That is why we are pleased to announce the launching of this new destination. Starting from December 13, 2019 residents of Semey, who dreamed more often to see their loved ones in Almaty and vice versa, will be able to fly quickly and comfortably at least every day and the flight will last no longer than 90 minutes. This was all made possible thanks to a doubling of flights from/to the second largest city in the East Kazakhstan region.”

We remind you that in October 2019, FlyArystan fleet was expanded to three aircraft and the air carrier has started flying from Nur-Sultan to Semey. At present, the timeliness of flights is 93% on average and the average passenger load capacity has already reached 94%. By the end of 2020, there are plans to expand the fleet to 10 aircraft.

The low-cost airline named FlyArystan is a division of Air Astana, the Kazakhstan’s flag air carrier, and it is based in Almaty and awarded the rating of a four-star airline for quality of service, as well as the “Best Airline of Central Asia and India” award according to the Skytrax World Airline Awards.

The FlyArystan’s fleet consists of three Airbus A320 aircraft in a configuration of 180 passenger seats, with an average age of six years of operation.

By 2022, there are plans to increase the airline’s fleet to 15 aircraft, which will be based in different cities of Kazakhstan
