Civil Aviation Academy in Kazakhstan may be revoked

An unscheduled audit was conducted at the Civil Aviation Academy, Kazakhstan, reported citing the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science.

On November 4 – 7, 2019 an unscheduled audit was conducted at the Civil Aviation Academy. According to the results of this audit, it turned out that previously identified violations were not repeatedly eliminated. “According to part 3 of article 462 and part 2 of article 464 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, in case of non-compliance with an official’s order and repeated violation of the law during the year, as well as non-elimination of violations of licensing standards, an administrative fine is imposed with the deprivation of a license,” the statement reads.

According to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to date, materials of administrative cases have been sent to the Specialized Inter-District Administrative Court of Almaty to deprive the license to conduct educational activities.
