More air routes to be launched from Kazakhstan to Ukraine

Sixteen regular flights a week will be carried out en route Kazakhstan – Ukraine by each of the parties. This right was established during the meeting of the Civil Aviation Committee under the Ministry of Investment and Development, Kazakhstan, with the State Aviation Service, Ukraine, in Kiev, Ukraine.

“Also, the list of authorized points for flights was updated and expanded, for example, on the territory of Ukraine there are such cities, as Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Kharkov, Dnieper (Dnipropetrovsk), Ivano-Frankovsk and Uzhgorod. In Kazakhstan, there are Astana, Almaty, Karaganda, Kostanai, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Aktau,” the Civil Aviation Committee noted.

The growth rate of air passenger traffic en route Kazakhstan – Ukraine demonstrates positive dynamics, including due to the growing number of transit passengers.

In the near future, the plans of Kazakhstan air carriers include increasing the number of flights from Astana and Almaty to Kiev.
